SAUCES - Ponzu

This sauce is obtained by simmering mirin, rice vinegar, katsuobushi< flakes span data-mce-fragment="1"> and the algae kombu. Add the juice of one or more citrus fruits, such as yuzu, sudachi or lemon. The result is a tangy and refreshing sauce.
