CONDIMENTS - Wasabi, yuzu kosho and other spicy condiments

Wasabi is grated into a green paste with an intense flavor. It is used to season sushi sashimi, noodles, fish and meat. Shichimi is a seven-spice blend of red pepper, golden sesame, sansho pepper, shiso, nori seaweed, citrus peel, ginger and poppy. It is slightly spicy and very fragrant. Karashi mustard is slightly more pungent than European mustard, with a slight root aftertaste. The powerful flavors of yuzu kosho will enhance your fish and meat dishes, while adding a pleasant note of freshness.
