Sakaba · The bar 

From 6 p.m., change of atmosphere at Kissaten, which becomes the Sakaba. Through the light, music, and the map, the atmosphere changes at all. This is where we start the evening or end it in style, with a Japanese cocktail or an expert tasting of Saké. The menu was developed by our bartendry chief Audrey Charpenat and the MOF Christophe Davoine, a great specialist in the art of Japanese spirits. Here they discover the iconic alcohols of the country of the rising sun: sake, whiskey, shochu, umeshu, yuzushu ... From the best known to the most surprising, cocktails and sakes are offered in classic format or tasting in order to taste several specialties. 

From glassware to know-how, Sakaba explores the whole world of Japanese cocktail bars. We are witnessing the Hard Shake technique, Ice Ball, ice work and you taste a typically Japanese highball. Sakaba is a living place to drink and see ... 

All the alcohols offered at the bar are also available for take -out and classified so that everyone finds their happiness. Thus, the "discovery" sakes are aimed at those who venture for the first time in the world of sake, with conventional references. As for "tasting" sakes, they will seduce amateurs looking for new products. Finally, "curiosity" sakes will attract connoisseurs who wish to be surprised.
