A blend for green tea rice, ochazuke, a popular dish that consists of a light soup made from green tea and rice, topped with a variety of ingredients. Wakame seaweed is often used to add texture, but is above all rich in nutrients such as calcium, iron and magnesium, and is known for its anti-inflammatory potential and beneficial effect on digestive health.
