Our tips

Ideal for making okonomiyaki or tempura.

Wheat flour 87%, corn flour, sugars (glucose, caster sugar), salt, sweet potato powder/seasoning (amino acids), baking powder, thickener.

Keep away from light, in a dry, temperate place.

Mix the contents of the sachet with 250ml of water, add one egg and mix well. Cook the okonomiyaki for 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway through with the ingredients of your choice. Once cooked, add the sauce of your choice (okonomiyaki sauce if you have it), a little mayonnaise, katsuobushi dried bonito shavings and aonori seaweed powder. Enjoy!
