Founded in 1895 in Yasugi, Shimane Prefecture, Aoto Shuzō perpetuates traditional know-how handed down through several generations. Driven by the conviction that "sake shapes man, and man shapes sake", the company takes meticulous care of each stage of production, with the same attention as a parent raising a child.
