These konjac noodles are made by kneading konjac (a root vegetable) with brown rice flour from Mie prefecture. The noodles are thin like somen noodles, with a firm texture and pleasant taste. Our tips

Before use, rinse vermicelli well with water. To eat cold: Drain and serve in a bowl with seasoning and the accompaniments of your choice. To serve hot: Plunge into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Serve in a bowl with the broth of your choice and your favorite accompaniments.
