Store matcha in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. Keep away from direct light, in a cool, dry place. Culinary Matcha

For a culinary, it's very good. It has a beautiful green color, not emerald like the ceremonials of course, but still very vibrant. It's also very good to drink, with a touch of bitterness that's a little more pronounced but not disturbing. Very good value for money.

Best value for money

I've tried almost all the matcha teas available in Paris and this is really the best in terms of quality and taste. Even in Japan, I've never found matcha at this price. I use it to make a latte every morning or it's perfect for pastries.
