A cooking matcha produced under the JAS label (Japanese equivalent of organic), made from tea leaves grown locally without the use of pesticides. Its taste is superior to that of other brands of cooking matcha, making it an ideal ingredient for both Japanese and Western pastries, as well as desserts, sauces and vinaigrettes.

Matcha is particularly rich in antioxidants, catechins and vitamins (A, C, K), as well as being an excellent source of natural caffeine, helping to improve concentration and gently boost energy.

100% green tea (Japan)

Store matcha in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. Keep away from direct light, in a cool, dry place. Avoid variations in temperature and humidity, especially when opening the container. Consume matcha within 3 to 6 months of opening to guarantee freshness. Use a clean, dry, non-metallic spoon to avoid contamination.

For a cup of traditional matcha: 2g for 75ml of water at 70℃. Pour the water over your tea and stir vigorously with a "chasen" matcha whisk. When foam forms on the surface, you can enjoy.

The Vendor strives to reduce its environmental impact by working with local growers who practice sustainable agriculture. Aoi Seicha is much more than just a matcha producer: it is an ambassador for Japanese tea culture, combining heritage and modernity to satisfy tea lovers and the curious from all over the world.

Good Matcha cooking

Good matcha for cooking. Not too bitter but I think it could have a little more taste. However, for the price, it's already the 2nd time I've bought it.

Not woauh.

I read the description and thought about buying it because it said it was good for Matcha Latte. Unfortunately, it has absolutely NO taste... I put 3 big teaspoons in and it still has no taste.
