A blend of seasonings and spices for easy marinating of traditional Japanese vegetables. Yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, adds a tangy touch to this marinade. This preparation has a tangy, slightly salty flavor and gives a crisp, tangy texture to pickled vegetables, such as cucumbers, carrots, turnips, eggplant, etc.

You can taste the yuzu on the waterlogged vegetables. Otherwise a little less so.
But very good, and still very practical

Fine

Very good tsukemono/pickles result. Perhaps a little too sweet, but that depends on taste.
