This Japanese noodle sauce based on dashi broth, soy sauce and Kombu algae is made in Japan according to traditional craft techniques, with Varech to add a subtle and soft flavor.

Tsuyu Kombu is a tasty and slightly sweet noodle sauce, with a distinct Umami note from Dashi and Kombu. It can be used to season Soba, Udon and Somen noodles, as well as to create Japanese noodle soups.

In a soup, a sauce, or a simmered dish.

Soy sauce (wheat, soy), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, salt, kombu extract, kombu, yeast extract, shiitaké extract, seafood extract, extract of dried bonite shavings, hydrolyzo of fruit protein sea, bonite extract with striped belly, sardine extract, tuna shavings, mirin/ alcohol, acidifiersoja, wheat, fish, fruits

For 1 volume of tsuyu, put 2 to 5 volumes of water for a soup broth, 1 volume of water for a sukiyaki or a stew. Leave it as it is for cold dishes.
