A mild vinaigrette to easily transform an ordinary salad into a seaweed salad.

Vegetable oils (Saga, Japan), akamoku seaweed (Fukuoka, Japan), soy sauce ((Japan) soya, wheat), brewed vinegar, onion, mirin, alcohol, sugar, salt, kombu powder (Hokkaido, Japan), lemon juice, spices (pepper).

Splendid vinaigrette with scallop sashimi

I thought I'd eat this with a salad, but in the end it's delicious with a slice of scallop or other sashimi...it works very well with tuna, red mullet or salmon.
