Collection: Amanoya
Based in Tokyo, Amanoya was founded in 1953 with the aim of sublimating rice through quality senbei. In 1960, its emblematic product, Kabukiage, was born, inspired by kabuki theater and the art of senbei, to unite two great Japanese traditions in a crisp, warm delicacy. Carefully crafted according to processes refined by decades of experience and a rigorous commitment to food safety, these rice fritters continue to be made with gratitude and exacting standards, to remain a pleasure faithful to the taste of generations.
