Yuzu (柚子) is one of Japan’s most famous citrus fruits! Its thick, rough skin contains a tangy juice, as well as floral notes and an unmistakable fragrance. Used for centuries in Japanese cuisine, yuzu is the key ingredient for flavoring sauces, vinegars, desserts, and even cocktails.
