Located in Ginjō, in the mountainous Higashimerai region of Saito (Miyazaki prefecture), Kagura no Sato has been growing yuzu for almost 50 years. Founded in 1978, it specializes in the artisanal processing of this local citrus fruit into juices, condiments and sweets, without any additives or preservatives. Committed to organic farming (JAS certified), the company makes the most of a soil rich in sun and water to produce exceptional yuzu.
Dilute 1 part syrup to 5-6 parts water. Shake well before use.
Keep away from light and heat. After opening: Store in a cool place, tightly closed. Consume quickly.
