MORE INFORMATION :

Relay Point deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday during the Relay Point's opening hours. To find the opening hours of your Point Relais, select it from the list of Relay points. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.

For home delivery with DPD Predict, deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. You will be informed by SMS and e-mail when the parcel has been picked up, and then of the planned delivery day, with an indication of the time slot for delivery.

After each order placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order is ready and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link that you can use to follow the progress of your parcel. At iRASSHAi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you can do so under the following conditions:

Non-perishable products (tableware, books, objects, textiles):
These items can be returned free of charge in our store. If you prefer to use a carrier of your choice, please provide us with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

The exercise of the right of return is subject to the following conditions: products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by their accessories and proof of purchase. Any damaged or altered product may be refused.

Perishable food products:
Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned, in accordance with current legislation on perishable foodstuffs.

For all returns, please contact us at [email protected], specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with all the necessary information for the process.

We regularly update the status of your order until it is delivered. If you notice that the status of your order has been stuck on "preparation" or "in progress" for several days, this may be due to delays beyond our control or to problems encountered by our carrier, resulting in additional delivery time. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

It is possible that the carrier updates the status of the package before it is actually delivered. We therefore recommend that you wait 48 hours before filing a claim with the carrier. If after this period you have still not received your order, or if you have any concerns, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will open an additional claim on our side and keep you informed as soon as we receive a response from the carrier.

If the status of your order indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our customer service department by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the situation.

Since November 1, 2022, a single 8-day time limit has applied to all Point Relais parcels. After this period, the parcel is returned to iRASSHAi.

We are only able to change the status of your order as long as it is not in preparation, which implies a limited delay. Unfortunately, once this period has elapsed, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

All food products shipped have a use-by date (UBD) or a best-before date (BBD) of at least 25 days from the date your order is confirmed.

The best-before date (BBD) is an indication of the product's optimal quality. Once this date has passed, the product can still be consumed without danger to your health, although certain characteristics (taste, texture, etc.) may change slightly.

We manage several batches of the same product at the same time, which makes it impossible to give precise expiration dates on our site. Nevertheless, we guarantee a minimum use-by date of 25 days.

It's important to understand the difference between Minimum Shelf Life (MSL) and Best Before Date (BBD) to determine if a product has expired.

Minimum Shelf Life (MSL): this date is indicated on products with a longer shelf life. It is generally used for non-perishable products such as canned goods, pasta, dry goods, etc. The MSL indicates the period during which the product retains its specific properties (taste, texture, aroma, etc.) under appropriate storage conditions. After the MSL, the product may gradually lose some of its qualities, but this does not necessarily mean that it is harmful to your health. You can still consume products after the MSL if they appear to be in good condition and show no signs of deterioration (suspect odor, color change, altered taste, etc.). However, the quality may be altered, and you must use your personal judgement to decide whether to consume them.

Best Before Date (BBD): this date is used for perishable and sensitive products, such as fresh produce, dairy products, meat, fish, etc. The BBD indicates how long the product is expected to remain fresh. The best-before date indicates how long a product can be safely consumed, provided it is properly stored and handled. Once the best-before date has passed, the product may become hazardous to health and should not be consumed, even if it appears to be in good condition. To avoid any risk of food poisoning, it is important to strictly respect the best-before date.

To find out if a product has expired, it's essential to check the best-before or sell-by date printed on the packaging. Make sure you respect these dates, and follow the manufacturer's specific recommendations on product storage and handling. If you have any doubts about the freshness or safety of a product, it's best not to consume it and to throw it away as a precautionary measure.

Please note that some products imported from Japan display the date in the format year YY / month MM / day DD.
