Des filaments de katsuobushi fumés et séchés naturels et sans additif, à la texture légère et au goût intensément umami. Ils sont fabriqués exclusivement avec des bonites sauvages issues d'une pêche certifiée responsable. Les bonites sont ensuite travaillées aux couteaux, cuites fumées et enfin séchées séchées à chaud au copeaux de bois sans ajout d'additif ou de colorant. Le katsuobushi en filament est idéal en garniture pour apporter de l'umami et de la profondeur à vos préparations, japonaise ou non. Il se saupoudre à la façon d'un furikake sur votre riz, dans vos salades ou poke-bowl. Vous pouvez également le saupoudrer sur des plats chauds comme des Okonomiyaki, des takoyaki, des pizzas, ou quiches.
