Makurazaki has been based in Concarneau, France since 2013, with the ambition of bringing authentic Katsuobushi and Dashi culture to Europe. Stemming from ancestral know-how in Makurazaki, Japan, the company combines tradition and adaptation to European standards to preserve the essence of Dashi.
