⋅ Ponzu sauce JAS label (Japanese organic)
⋅ Nice refreshing dimension thanks to yuzu, sudachi and yuko
⋅ Perfect accompaniment to fish, meat and vegetables
⋅ Ideal for dipping gyoza, noodles and sashimi
⋅ Can be used as a base for vinaigrette

A ponzu sauce with a balanced taste, at once tangy, salty and umami. It is made by blending a soy sauce aged for 1 year with a dashi of konbu and shiitake, as well as the juices of 3 different citrus fruits: yuzu, sudachi and yukô, a rare citrus fruit with a sweet, slightly bitter aroma, native to Tokushima on the island of Shikoku.
Perfect with fish, gyozas, vegetables or grilled meats, it can also be used to season a salad or enrich a vinaigrette.
This sauce is produced under the JAS label, Japan's equivalent of the organic label, which guarantees a product without preservatives or artificial flavoring.
