Made from Okinawa yuzu, this yuzushu is made with awamori - a traditional Japanese alcohol typical of the Okinawa region, made from fermented rice then distilled. The rich acidity of yuzu and shikuwasa, a tangerine-like Japanese citrus fruit, and the deep flavor of awamori combine to create a beautiful balance. The result is a fragrant, fruity and refreshing spirit. We love its emblematic bitterness and acidity! This liqueur can be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with soda.
