BIWAN · the table

OPENING SOON

We head downstairs to BIWAN's intimate, refined bistronomic table, where executive chef Chihiro Yamazaki creates cutting-edge, no-holds-barred dishes in the purest tradition of the culinary effervescence of Tokyo's izakayas. The entire menu is designed around the seasonal nature of fruit and vegetables. The dishes are inspired by the culinary specialties of northern and southern Japan, and reveal a great diversity. The dining room invites a variety of experiences: you can sit at the typically Japanese counter facing the kitchen; at more traditional tables; or at the koshitsu, inspired by small Japanese private salons, for an intimate meal.
