Relay delivery points are made Tuesday to Saturday during the opening hours of the relay points. To find the schedules of your relay point, select it in the Relay list list. There is no delivery on Sunday, Monday and public holidays.
For home delivery with DPD Predict, deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. You will be informed by SMS and by e-mail of the treatment of the package, then of the scheduled delivery day, with an indication of the time slot of passage.
How to track my order ?
After each order placed on our site, you receive an order confirmation email. As soon as it is ready and given to the carrier, you receive an email with a tracking number as well as a tracking link that you can use to follow the delivery of your package. Our return policy
Due to the perishable nature of the food products that we offer and in order to guarantee health security, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for this category of products. For any other type of product, please write us to hello@irasshai.co
I did not receive my order
We regularly update the status of your order until it is delivery. If you notice that the status of your order is blocked on "preparation" or "being delivery" for several days, this may be due to delays independent of our will or to problems encountered by our carrier, resulting in additional time for the delivery. Rest assured that we do everything we can to deliver your package to you as soon as possible.
It is possible that the carrier updates the status of the package even before its effective delivery. We therefore recommend that you wait for 48 hours before opening a complaint with the carrier. If after this period you have still not received your order or if you have concerns, please contact us by email at the address hello@irasshai.co. We will open an additional complaint on our side and we will keep you informed as soon as we receive a response from the carrier.
If the status of your order indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our customer service by email at the address hello@irasshai.co. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
Since November 1, 2022, a unique period of 8 days has been applied for all packages in relay point. After this deadline, the package is returned to Irasshai.

What if an item has a defect or if my order does not comply?

What is the guaranteed shelf life for the products I order?
All food products shipped have a consumer deadline (DLC) or an optimal deadline (DLUO) of at least 25 days from the validation of your order.
What happens if the DLUO is exceeded?
DLUO (optimal deadline for use) is an indication relating to the optimal quality of the product. Once this date has exceeded, the product remains completely consumable without danger for your health, although certain characteristics (taste, texture, etc.) can evolve slightly.
Why are the expiration dates not indicated on the site?

How to know if a product is expired and the differences between DDM and DLC
It is important to understand the difference between the minimum durability date (DDM) and the deadline for consumption (DLC) to determine if a product is expired.
Minimum durability date (DDM): This date is indicated on products that have a longer shelf life. It is generally used for non -perishable products such as preserves, pasta, dry products, etc. The DDM indicates the period during which the product retains its specific properties (taste, texture, aroma, etc.) under appropriate storage conditions. After the DDM, the product can gradually lose some of its qualities, but that does not necessarily mean that it is dangerous for health. You can always consume products after the DDM if they seem in good condition and do not have signs of deterioration (suspicious odor, change in color, altered taste, etc.). However, the quality can be altered and you need to use your personal judgment to decide if you want to consume them.
Deadline for consumption (DLC): This date is used for perishable and sensitive products, such as fresh products, dairy products, meat, fish, etc. The DLC indicates to what date the product can be consumed safely, provided that it is properly stored and manipulated. After the DLC, the product can become dangerous for health and it is strongly not recommended to consume it, even if it seems in good condition.
