1. Wash and chop 300-400g of your favourite vegetables;
2. Place your vegetables and the contents of one sachet (20g) in a freezer bag and shake well;
3. Seal the bag, removing any air, and leave to rest in the fridge;
4. Enjoy (the longer you marinate, the stronger the flavor).
Store away from light, heat and moisture.

Practical, but the yuzu flavor isn't strong enough for my taste.
You can taste the yuzu on the waterlogged vegetables. Otherwise a little less so.
But very good, and still very practical
