Based in Nara, Tsukemoto has specialized since its foundation in the manufacture of preparations for tsukemono, Japanese pickles. It promotes an accessible, fun approach to homemade food, with a wide range of fermented products suitable for everyday cooking: seasonings for asazuke, ready-to-use nuka-doko, trial kits. Committed to healthy, happy eating, the company promotes seasonal vegetables, fermentation practices and the art of family taste.
You can taste the yuzu on the waterlogged vegetables. Otherwise a little less so.
But very good, and still very practical
