Prices are listed on the workshop’s product page in euros. Payment is made online by credit card.

You may cancel your workshop reservation up to 4 days before the scheduled date. For cancellation requests received by iRASSHAi less than 4 days before the workshop date, iRASSHAi will review requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to refuse the cancellation request; the deposit will not be refunded.

CLIENT CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION TERMS:

Any change to the number of participants must be communicated to iRASSHAi in writing at least five days before the class. No price reduction will be applied.

Any increase in the number of participants less than five days before the class is subject to iRASSHAi's approval and will incur an additional individual flat fee, in accordance with the quotation.

CANCELLATION BY iRASSHAi:

iRASSHAi reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class in the event of force majeure. No refund will be issued. In the event of cancellation, iRASSHAi will inform the client as soon as possible and schedule a new date with the same services. iRASSHAi reserves the right to postpone a class for 8 people if the number of participants is fewer than 5 people.

iRASSHAi reserves the right to modify or cancel recipes, class dates, times, or location in the event of circumstances such as the instructor's unavailability or supply difficulties. In such situations, the client acknowledges that adjustments may be made to the recipes initially planned, depending on product availability. If these adjustments do not fundamentally alter the recipe or its essence, the class will proceed, and no partial or full refund will be issued. The client will be informed of these adjustments by email or telephone as soon as possible.

Participants are responsible for their active participation and must follow the hygiene and safety instructions. iRASSHAi is not responsible for bodily injuries occurring during the class.

Customers must report any allergies; otherwise, iRASSHAi cannot be held responsible.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. iRASSHAi cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss.

Participants may take the dishes prepared during the class with them to consume outside iRASSHAi. iRASSHAi emphasizes that the dishes must be kept refrigerated and consumed the same day. The consequences of transporting and storing the dishes, and any resulting damage, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
