Vendor : Muramatsu
⋅ Mandarins are processed to use as little sugar as possible
⋅ Fresh taste with a hint of bitterness and acidity
⋅ Delicious on bread, as a tart base, incorporated into desserts....
This summer mandarin marmalade, or natsu mikan, is made from mandarins freshly harvested in the Hiroshima region. The fruit is carefully selected from local growers, sliced, pressed and processed using as little sugar as possible to preserve its authentic taste and unique aromas.
The subtle balance between the sweetness of the mandarin and its slight bitterness is accentuated by fresh notes and a hint of acidity, while the zests, perfectly integrated into the marmalade, add a pleasant texture.
Halal-certified, this marmalade is ideal not only to accompany bread, but also to enrich pastries, desserts, or even infusions and teas, adding a fruity and original touch to your creations.
