Summer Mandarin Marmalade ⋅ Muramatsu ⋅ 260g
Marque : Muramatsu
⋅ The mandarins are processed to use as little sugar as possible
⋅ Fresh taste with a hint of bitterness and tartness
⋅ Delicious on bread, as a tart filling, or mixed into desserts...
This summer mandarin marmalade, or natsu mikan, is made from mandarins freshly harvested in the Hiroshima region. The fruits are carefully selected from local growers, sliced, pressed, and then processed using as little sugar as possible to preserve their authentic flavor and unique aromas.
The subtle balance between the mandarin’s sweetness and its slight bitterness is accentuated by fresh notes and a hint of acidity, while the zest, perfectly integrated into the marmalade, adds a pleasant texture.
Halal-certified, this marmalade is ideal not only as a spread on bread but also for enhancing pastries, desserts, or even herbal teas and black teas, adding a fruity and original touch to your creations.
