Collection: Chiran

Founded in 1919 in Chiran, south of Kagoshima, the Chiran house has been perpetuating the art of traditional shōchū for four generations. Based in a region rich in sweet potatoes and groundwater, it produces authentic shōchū from local ingredients, processed by hand in accordance with artisanal methods. True to her motto "Both man and kōji are gifts of nature", she crafts each cuvée with care, sense and respect for the living.
