Chitosezuru

Located in the heart of Sapporo since its foundation in 1872, Chitose Tsuru continues the legacy of pioneer Shibata Yojiuemon, the first sake brewer in Hokkaidō. Driven by a spirit of innovation and high standards, it has played a central role in the development of the local industry. Its specialty, "Chitose Tsuru" sake, is made with pure underground water from the Toyohira River, the source of a clean, structured taste.
