Founded in Tokyo in October 1959, Hikawa specializes in the manufacture and sale of konjac, shirataki, tokoroten, chikuwa-bu and other related products. Since its creation, it has preserved traditional production methods, guaranteeing a firm texture and excellent absorption of flavors.

Located in the Kamata district, the company continues its commitment to superior quality products, based on rigorously selected ingredients. It also exports its products internationally, and has been recognized as one of "Ota's exceptional products".
