Horie, founded in November 1995 in Akita, specializes in the manufacture of traditional Inaniwa noodles, as well as other regional products. The company stands out for its commitment to quality, using carefully selected ingredients and artisanal techniques. Its flagship products include Inaniwa noodles, whether dry, fresh or frozen, as well as the famous Sakura Udon noodles and the famous "Iburigakko" (smoked radish). Horie is also famous for its Yokuetsu Yakisoba noodles, a local dish that has been enjoyed for generations.
