Horie, founded in November 1995 in Akita, specializes in the production of traditional Inaniwa noodles, as well as other regional products. The company is distinguished by its commitment to quality, using carefully selected ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. Among its flagship products are Inaniwa noodles—available in dry, fresh, and frozen forms—as well as the famous Sakura Udon noodles and the renowned "Iburigakko" (smoked radish). Horie is also known for its Yokuetsu Yakisoba noodles, a local dish that has been enjoyed for generations.
