Junzo-sen is the Japanese Marukai Group's fruit and vegetable juice brand, created by its founder Junzō Matsu around a simple idea: natural flavor is never perfectly smooth. Its juices therefore embrace the pulp and cloudiness characteristic of pressed fruit, rather than filtering them out. The range's fruits are pressed by partner producers, such as the Nakahira family farm in Nagano Prefecture, which has been pressing apples, yuzu, and plums for Junzo-sen for nearly 30 years.
