Kobayashi Noodle stands out for its innovation, notably with its gluten-free rice flour noodles. The company prides itself on its commitment to safety and quality, and is ISO 9001 certified. Since 2015, it has been recognized for its gluten-free noodles, one of the few in Japan to produce 100% rice flour noodles.
