Founded in 1935 in Gifu, Morishirako Seika specializes in the production of Japanese confectionery. Since its inception, it has evolved to meet the needs of the times, moving from candy production to the production of pleasant rice-based snacks such as arare, fried vegetables, chocolates and jelly sweets. The company is committed to creating quality products, with particular emphasis on food safety and the use of 100% local Japanese glutinous rice for its arare.
