Collection: Sankan shuzo
Located in Kurashiki, in the Kojima district of Okayama, Sankan Shuzo was founded in 1806. It perpetuates the traditional methods of the Bicchu Toji group to produce a dry, rich sake designed to accompany fish from the nearby port of Shimotsui. Attached to its terroir, it uses only pure water from the local mountains and the emblematic grape varieties of Okayama, Omachi and Asahi, to create a sake that enhances both the meal and seafood.
