Tazawako beer

Located in Senboku, in the heart of rural Akita, Tazawako Beer was founded in 1997 by the Warabi-za art troupe, with the aim of creating a new local culture through beer. Inspired by the rigor and conviviality of German tradition, the brewery perpetuates the spirit of the law of purity while integrating ingredients from the Akita terroir.
