Located in Hachiōji, western Tokyo, Tokyo Hachio Gin is a distillery founded by a passionate trombonist, Mr. Nakazawa, with the ambition of creating a Tokyo gin worthy of London Dry standards. Nourished by a musical vision of taste, the Vendor crafts harmonious and profound gins, inspired by the balance of an orchestra. Each creation combines classic botanicals with Japanese ingredients like ume, hinoki, and shiso, to offer unique expressions of Japanese terroir.
