Located in Hachioji, in western Tokyo, Tokyo Hachio Gin is a distillery founded by a passionate trombonist, Mr. Nakazawa, with the ambition of creating a Tokyo gin worthy of London Dry standards. Driven by a musical vision of taste, the brand crafts harmonious and complex gins, inspired by the balance of an orchestra. Each creation blends classic botanicals with Japanese ingredients such as ume, hinoki, and shiso, offering unique expressions of the Japanese terroir.
