Established in Miyazaki since 1967, Unkai Shuzō embodies the artisanal excellence of Japanese shōchū. A pioneer of buckwheat shōchū, the house has been developing a wide range of traditional spirits (shōchū, sake, wine, craft beer, liqueurs) rooted in their terroir for over 50 years. Each cuvée is produced with extreme care in breweries nestled in the heart of Kyūshū nature, where quality, innovation and respect for the environment go hand in hand.
