1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the booking and participation procedures for events, workshops, and experiences organized within the BIWAN Culture Club, offered by the BIWAN restaurant.

Any booking implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Offered Services

The BIWAN Culture Club offers cultural and culinary events such as cooking workshops, pastry workshops, tastings, conferences, and themed evenings.

Each event is described in detail (content, duration, speakers, price, special conditions) provided at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through the channels indicated by BIWAN (on the website irasshai.co).

Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm participation.

The booking is considered firm and final after payment confirmation.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

BIWAN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applied is the one in effect at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Cancellation by the participant:

• Any cancellation made more than 7 days before the event will result in a full refund.
• Any cancellation made between 7 days and 72 hours before the event will result in a 50% refund of the amount.
• Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the event or no-show will not be refunded.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to BIWAN.

Cancellation by BIWAN:

BIWAN reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event in case of force majeure, insufficient attendance, or unavailability of a speaker.

In such cases, participants will be fully refunded.

6. Access to Events

Participants must arrive at the indicated time.

Some workshops may be subject to age restrictions (e.g., children’s workshops / parent-child duo workshops).

7. Liability

Participation in workshops requires compliance with the instructions given by the speakers.

BIWAN cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Personal Data

Information collected during booking is necessary for managing registrations and communication related to the events.

It is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.

9. Image Rights

Unless expressly opposed before the event, participants authorize BIWAN to use images taken during the workshops for communication purposes (social media, press, website).

10. Intellectual Property

Content, recipes, materials, and documents provided during the workshops remain the property of the speakers or BIWAN. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without authorization.

11. Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
