A small plate adorned with a motif representing sakura flowers, an emblematic symbol of Japan since the Heianian era. Considered to herald the rice planting season, cherry blossoms are also associated with the goddess Konohanasakuya-hime, the divine incarnation of this flower. Sakura motifs are used in the emblems of shrines dedicated to this deity, as well as by families whose names include the character "sakura", although the flower's ephemeral image has led warrior clans to avoid using it as a symbol. Perfect for everyday use, this 108 mm plate combines tradition and aesthetics, adding a refined touch to your meals or snacks.

Microwave-safe.
Dishwasher-safe.
