⋅ Perfect for adding freshness to miso soups or for enhancing a sauce, vinaigrette or marinade

A wasabi paste with a fresh, tangy taste, made from wasabi grown in the Abe Oku region of Shizuoka prefecture, with a touch of lemon for a refreshing, tangy note.
Shizuoka is a renowned wasabi-growing region, with plants cultivated using pure spring water from Mount Fuji. Thanks to this exceptional terroir, wasabi develops slowly over a period of 11 to 18 months, according to know-how handed down over 140 years.
Its pungent taste and crunchy texture, combined with its lemony aroma, make it an excellent accompaniment to enhance your dishes. You can incorporate it into sauces, vinaigrettes or soups, but also use it to accompany raw fish, whether in sushi, sashimi or grilled fish dishes.
