Akita Seishu

Based in the Akita region, Akita Seishu is rooted in a tradition of producing pure sake using the same techniques that have been passed down since its founding in 1865. The brewery uses water from the melting snow of the Dewa Mountains and grows its own rice in partnership with local farmers.
