⋅ Perfect for the end of a meal, with cheese, or as a dessert

This sake, with its sweet flavor and thick texture, is produced by coarsely filtering the moromi, which gives it its cloudy appearance. The term Nugudamaru means "to warm up" in the Akita dialect. It can be enjoyed chilled to highlight its sweet notes or warmed, for a comforting experience. This sake is ideal as a digestif, pairing perfectly with desserts such as cheesecake, traditional Japanese pastries, or creamy cheeses like Brillat-Savarin, Brie de Meaux, or Saint-Siméon.
