Cocktail Recipe: Yuzu Snow
Yuzu Snow is an elegant and festive cocktail, ideal for toasting the New Year or any special occasion. Its base of junmai sake or Japanese gin pairs perfectly with the tangy freshness of yuzu and the subtle sweetness of honey or ginger syrup. For a light and airy texture, the optional egg white adds a delicate foam that enhances the tasting experience. The cocktail is then topped up with sparkling prosecco or yuzu soda for the non-alcoholic version, creating a slightly frosty, refreshing and visually refined drink. Decorated with a twist of yuzu or a sprig of frosted rosemary, this cocktail surprises with its perfect balance of acidity, sweetness and effervescence.
