This Junmai Daiginjo Dassai 45 is made from Yamada-Nishiki rice polished to 45%, revealing a fruity aromatic profile and balanced sweetness. On the nose, it features notes of white fruits such as pear and Muscat grapes, enhanced by a light acidity reminiscent of tropical fruits and citrus. On the palate, it has a powerful attack, with flavors derived from rice fermentation and hints of chestnut. Its smooth and refreshing finish provides an invigorating sensation.
