Yuzu Gin and Tonic Recipe (ultra fresh and fragrant)
A gin and tonic with a twist of yuzu, which is lemony, floral, and slightly exotic. Very easy to prepare, it is perfect as an aperitif and makes a refreshing change from a classic gin and tonic.

Ingredients
- 5 cl gin (dry or floral)
- 10 to 12 ounces of well-chilled tonic water
- 1 to 2 cl of yuzu juice (or 1 teaspoon of yuzu concentrate)
- Ice cubes (lots)
- 1 lemon or yuzu zest
- Optional: 1 thin slice of lemon
Directions
- Fill a large glass (balloon or highball type) with ice cubes.
- Pour in the gin, then the yuzu juice.
- Top up with chilled tonic water.
- Mix very gently once (to keep the bubbles).
- Add the zest and toppings of your choice.
