A junmai sake with a mild, fruity flavor reminiscent of apples. It is made exclusively from Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture, the parent rice of the famous sake varieties Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku. The water used is a soft, light spring water drawn from a depth of 100 meters in the Asahi River in Okayama Prefecture. Every step of the production process is carried out by hand under the supervision of master brewers. Its fruity profile pairs particularly well with salmon or tuna sashimi, or grilled white fish. Its natural umami flavor pairs perfectly with white meats in sauces as well as stews. Whether to accompany a meal or to celebrate a special occasion, this junmai sake is perfect for any occasion.
