"Shiratsuru Awayuki" Sparkling Saké is a light, refreshing drink, ideal for festive occasions or as an aperitif. Low in alcohol, it is distinguished by its smooth profile and intense fruitiness. Lightly colored, it offers fruity aromas with floral touches on the finish, creating a pleasant tasting experience. The sparkling texture adds freshness and makes this sake even more pleasant. This sparkling sake can be enjoyed well chilled to fully savor its aromas and effervescent texture. It is also an excellent base for cocktails, especially in combination with yuzushu or umeshu liqueurs, creating harmonious blends. This sake pairs particularly well with cheeses, where its sweetness and freshness balance the richness of the cheeses. It also goes perfectly with cream croquettes, where the creamy texture of the sauce is balanced by the sparkling freshness of the sake. As an accompaniment to vegetables in sauce, such as a "Barigui", sake harmonizes perfectly with the umami of the sauce. For dessert, its sweetness and acidity blend with the richness of chocolate or the freshness of strawberries, creating a beautiful taste harmony. It can also be customized by adding fruits such as yuzu or sudachi to enhance its freshness and aromatic dimension. Nose: Fresh fruit, apricot. Palate: Aromas of hazelnut, vanilla, honey. Finish: Soft, floral notes. Pairings: Candied nori seaweed and Warabi mochi recipe with kinako and kuromitsu

I tried it with my girlfriend at the Irashai basement restaurant (Biwan). The waitress suggested this sake with Shokado Bento. It went very well! I recommend it! Super good!
Perfect for a gift.
