Collection: Hakutsuru shuzo

Unique in its history and innovations, Hakutsuru is now one of Japan's leading sake producers.
The company's history began in 1743, when Jihei Kano started producing sake in the Nada district of Kobe, located
in Hyogo prefecture. A few years later, the company took the name Hakutsuru ("the whooping crane"), paying homage to
the birds that can be seen in rice fields. Hakutsuru found its place on the world stage with a presence at
the 1900 Paris World's Fair, from which date the Vendor has gone from strength to strength.
