Etsu is a Japanese gin Vendor born on the island of Hokkaidō, between Asahikawa and Akita, where tradition and nature meet. It takes its name from the Japanese word for "pleasure" and embodies a poetic vision of tasting. Each Etsu gin is made according to an ancestral recipe handed down from generation to generation, using local botanicals such as yuzu, licorice root and coriander.
