Collection: Kamoizumi shuzo
Located in Saijo, Hiroshima prefecture, the Kamoizumi brewery, founded in 1912, embodies a tradition of sake-making shaped by over a century of history. The company values know-how handed down through several generations, respecting the region's "San-dan-shikomi" technique, while using top-quality local ingredients. Its philosophy is to preserve the region's natural riches, such as water from the Ryūō mountains and rice from Hiroshima, while continuing to offer rich, flavorful sakes, unfiltered by activated carbon. Kamoizumi also stands out for its commitment to promoting sake culture internationally, now exporting to America, Asia and Europe.
