Miyazaki Honten

Located in Yokkaichi, in northern Mie Prefecture, Miyazaki Honten was founded in 1846 and embodies nearly two centuries of sake-brewing expertise. Drawing on the pure water of the Suzuka Mountains, it combines traditional craftsmanship with technical innovations to produce refined sakes under the iconic Miya no Yuki brand.
